Ingredients

  • 16 Oz premium smoked beef sausage value pack, sliced approximately 1/2 to 3/4‑inch thick

  • 1 Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers with Cream Cheese, left whole or cut in half if desired

  • 1/2 cup(s) The Jank Original Gourmet BBQ Sauce, plus more as needed

Directions

  • Preheat grill to 375ºF or medium-high heat.
  • Alternately place sausage and jalapeño poppers on skewers (2 to 3 pieces of each per skewer).
  • Brush with BBQ sauce then grill until nicely charred and bacon is crispy, about 7 to 12 minutes per skewer.
  • Set aside to rest. Brush with more BBQ sauce as needed before serving.
