Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 Oz Jiffy Cornbread Mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 stick salted butter

  • 1 cup(s) almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup(s) The Jank Original BBQ Sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 450°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix cornbread, eggs, butter and almond milk.
  • Melt oil in small baking pan then add batter.
  • Pour BBQ Sauce over mixture. With a skewer or knife, swirl a unique design into batter.
  • Reduce heat to 350°F and put in oven. Bake 15 or 20 minutes or until golden brown.
