Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup(s) onion, sliced

  • 1 1/2 Lb H‑E‑B Fully Cooked Sliced Brisket

  • 1/2 cups(s) The Jank Original BBQ Sauce

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

  • 1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Pickle Me Dilley Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips

Directions

  • Melt coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onions until golden brown.
  • Add brisket and Jank BBQ Sauce and allow it to caramelize with onions.
  • Remove brisket and onions and place on bun.
  • Top with pickles and serve.
