Ingredients

  • 1 Lb ground turkey

  • 1/4 Tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 Cup(s) The Jank Original BBQ Sauce

  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix turkey and spices.
  • Form turkey into small 2 inch patties.
  • Melt coconut oil in a pan at medium-high heat and sauté patties until golden brown on the outside and meat is well done, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Add Jank BBQ Sauce.
  • Remove patties and place on a bun then top with peppers.
