Ingredients

  • 1 St. Louis Style Spareribs

  • 2 Tbsp  apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup(s) H‑E‑B Texas Style BBQ Seasoning

  • 3/4 cup(s) The Jank BBQ Sauce, divided use

Directions

  • Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with apple cider vinegar on both sides. Season with BBQ seasoning then grills for 5 minutes per side.
  • Move ribs to the cool side of a charcoal grill or to one side of a gas grill and turn off heat underneath. Use half of Jank sauce to brush on both sides of ribs.
  • Cover grill and cook 90 minutes, flipping ribs after 45 minutes. In the last 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  • Transfer ribs to a baking sheet and brush with remaining sauce. Bake 20 minutes.
